Eshaan Sood is a multi-instrumentalist and composer from New Delhi, India. A storyteller at heart, he weaves stories with his various projects. He is the band leader and guitarist of the improvised music group The Sonic Alchemists and singer/songwriter duo Eshaan & Priyana. Having performed at prestigious venues like Kilbourn Hall in Rochester, The Music Matters Festival in Singapore, The International Club in Bangladesh and The Pianoman in New Delhi, Sood currently lives in New York. Having gone blind at the age of 20, Sood sees the world through music and brings an infectious joy through his performances.

Rooted in Jazz and folk traditions, the band bends the boundaries of genre to tell the story of the music in the moment. A storytelling experience at its core, every concert is a unique journey and the band tries to make the world a happier place one concert at a time.
After 4 years of captivating performances in India and the United States, The band is poised to release their debut full length album in September 2025. The band features Annie Orzen on Piano, Ivan Demarjian on Saxophone, Sam Shaeffer on Drums and Brendan Nie on Bass.
